Hella Good

I told you I was going to recreate it, kids. Well here it is, and I. LOVE. it.

And check me out! I was even inspired to try something different with my hurr. I'm going to attempt something MO crazy tomorrow. We'll see how it works out (stay tuned later this week for pics if it does).

I wanted it to look kind of mohawk-inspired (I know, I know - it's very LOOSELY mohawk-inspired, but I think it came out pretty good, for the little amount of effort I put into it).

But seriously? I felt so badass in this ensemble - less like Jada Pinkett Smith, and more like I was channeling Gwen Stefani. I swear, it makes a world of difference to wear something that you REALLY feel just clicks.

I FINALLY picked up a pair of black skinnies at Marshalls (and okaaay, I may have ALSO picked up another pair of faux leather skinnies, but they were both el cheapo), so HMMMPFH.

And I KNOW the plaid shirt tied around the waist is SO 1991, but I can't help it. Grunge redux, if loving you is wrong, I don't wanna be right.

Linked here and here.

Jacket: Consignment
Shirts: Borrowed from my hubby
Pantalones: Marshall's
