Stuff I learned over the weekend:
1. Tequila in a chocolate milkshake is DELICIOUS.
2. I should have super-sized it.
I was leaving to get my hurr did on Saturday (AFTER these shaggy-ass pics were taken), and Gavin gave me a big hug goodbye and said, "You're so cute! You're so gorgeous! You're so peanut butter!" I love that kid. And as a friend on Facebook pointed out, that is the highest compliment, because there is nothing better than peanut butter.
I ate Cap'n Crunch for the first time in about 30 years. Yup. STILL delish.
Why do all of the things that happened in this post involve food in some way?

That vest is bad (in a good way)! You ARE peanut butter! And I'm totally using that line from now on.
Loving he vest, a plain tee would be great with this..and my son loves his peanut butter o I agree, very high praise indeed!

Are you serious about the milkshake and tequila? Really?
Karrin and Sheree - thanks about the vest. I love that thing, and agree - it would look DOPE with a plain tee. Totally trying that with some scruffed up jeans next. Thanks for the idea!
Sarah - I am TOTALLY serious. Sounds slightly disgusting, but it was magnificent. It also had cinnamon in it. And speaking of mixing chocolate with adult beverages, I made some Guinness chocolate pudding with Guinness whipped cream for dinner on St. Paddy's Day. Hooooo mama - it. was. good.
I just had Cap'n Crunch for the first time in loooong time, too. I forgot how it TEARS up the roof of your mouth. Or maybe that's just me and I need to stop shovelling it in.
Jenn - ooooh, gurrrrlll - it DO tear up your mouth. It's ALMOST worth it, though.
