Allow Me To Introduce Myself.

Well HELLO there. I feel like I haven't properly blogged in a few weeks. I blame it on the blizzard. Thank hebbins the temps have been in the 50s the past few days, so the GINORMOUS snow mountain at the end of our driveway has melted.

Although with the crazy winter we've had, 40 degrees seems downright balmy.

I also realized after snowmageddon, there is a niche in the Hallmark market for a card that reads "To My Husband - I STILL love you after being stuck in the house with you for TWO blizzards."

This is not to say that we didn't have our tense moments, and there was a good bit of sniping at each other (or in my husband's case - Ye Olde Freeze Out - aka The Silent Treatment), but luckily, I ALSO have a girls' trip with Natty Lite and Amy Bo Bamy planned to The Lou in April.

Hear me now and believe me later when I tell you I am marking the days off the calendar in giant red Xs. Mama needs some alone time. And by "alone time," I mean "shopping, eating, and drinking my face off with the girls."

Okay, okaaaaay, I probably won't drink my face off, because it only takes two drinks before I'm either a) asleep, or b) dry-heaving/passing out in the toilet. WHAT? I'M NOT 21 ANYMORE!!!

If you could see my roots in either of the above two pics, you would understand that muy quickly. LAWD but someone needs to get their hurr did, and it's this guy. Until tomorrow...

Happy Monday, yo.

Linking up here and here.

Jacket: NY&Co
Tee: Target (I TODE you I was getting it).

I feel you on the alone time, 2-drink maximum, and hair crisis. Get out my head, woman! Love the Tarjay shirt with the camo pants (which I still need to get for myself). Stylish as always!

Alone time... girls trip... what's that? LOL! It's been a while since I've had one of those. I need to get that on the calendar A-S-A-Yesterday!

I feel you we have had a few snow days and I can't stand to be inside that long. You should make your your own hallmark cards they would be so freaking funny.

Shan Darling,
Your hair looks downright AWESOME. Love the wavy locks. Also, that is an awesome t-shirt. Finally, may I come be with you on your "alone" time? It sounds marvelous, and I know we would have an awesome fun time alone together :). Hope you are great.... looking forward to warmer temps!

I wish I had camo pants like this...the search begins...I love me some camo and yet I don't wear it all that often.

Hope all is well in your world..glad to hear you survived being stuck inside for two snowstorms..we have had our fair share of shitty weather at the shore too.
All for now.
