Ugh. I'm sitting here at 10:30 on Tuesday night psyching myself up to go to a 5:30 a.m. boot camp class on Wednesday. I used to work out early all the time - it was great. You have more energy throughout the day, tend to eat better, and best of all - you're FINISHED with it.
Does anyone else work out at such an ungodly hour? How in the hell do you make yourself do it - especially if you're a parent? It's funny - my sister asked me "Why don't you just take the babies to the gym and put them in the daycare?" and I said, "HAIL no!" The gym is my sacred place - all to myself. I know good and well someone would have to come pull me out of class to deal with some drama in daycare. I'd rather just wait until The Hubs is home, or I have a sitter.
Or apparently, haul my ass out of bed at some ungodly hour to go. Ugh.
Natch, I'm rushing through my post so I can get to bed.
