I hate a letdown breakfast. On paper, it's everything a b-fast should be: fruit, protein, grains, but IRL, not so great.
And the egg over easy? Hmmmm...I must not have paid enough attention to it, even cooking it on med-low, because the bottom was a little tooooo brown and rubbery, and the white on top was not quiiite cooked through. Gag a maggot.
Dammit - I KNEW I should've just poached it.
At least the coffee and toast was okay. I mean, if I'd screwed that up, we would have a REAL problem.
Ah well, tomorrow is another b-fast, right?
