Um, YUM. Made this recipe Friday (no, this isn't my photo, it's from Kitchen Bellelicious), and DAYUM it was nom-nom-nom!!! The sweet browned onion strips on top were the BEST (and this is coming from someone who can appreciate the taste of onions but not the texture - I could've just eaten them straight outta the pan). I will DEFINITELY make the recipe again - it'd be good over rice or cous-cous or quinoa as well, and I have a feeling it's one of those that is better the next day too. Don't take my word for it though - get thee hence and make them your damn self!
