WWD: Color Me Badd

Tick tock ya don't stop...to the tick tock ya don't stop....

.

I was SO excited when I came up with today's combo. To counter-balance my last two posts, I thought I'd go all out full-on color, espesh when I've seen all the color-blocking going on around the interwebs, and the best part? I already had all the components in my closet.

The blouse is a vintage Evan Picone via the thrift store - still had the tags on when I got it, and this is the first time I've worn it. I don't even remember when I got the skirt, and that cardi is so old my grandma fell off her dinosaur when I bought it. True story.

Not only that, but the color story just provided me the AWESOME opportunity to add a lil Color Me Badd to this post. I think MerciBlahBlah has totally been lacking in CMB since its inception. You wanna know the embarrassing thing? I actually thought the lead singer was hot when they were all that.

I didn't realize until I was looking for the video online that not only does he look like a total DOUCHE, he actually looks like this:

Holy eyebrows, Batman, that is SCURRY. As frightening as it is though, it's totally one of my top five favorite scenes from Friends. I still giggle like a 13 year old boy when I pluck a rogue brow from The Hubs and he cries like a little girl, cuz it reminds me of Joey. Enough of that crap though - let's get to the REAL mens...
.
Don't say I never gave you anything.

Blouse: Evan Picone, thrifted
Skirt: F21
Cardi: NY&Co
Shoes: Vince Camuto
Necklace: Macy's
Earrings: F21
Wooden bracelet: Macy's
Lucite bracelet: F21
.
Merci!
